1. Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Growth Pilot provides:

  • AI-powered outreach automation

  • CRM and lead generation tools

  • Data enrichment and workflow automation

Access may be provided via subscription, trial, or custom agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR, PECR, and anti-spam laws)

  • Only upload and process data you have the right to use

  • Not misuse the platform (e.g. spam, scraping abuse, illegal activity)

4. Acceptable Use

You must NOT:

  • Send unsolicited or unlawful communications

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the platform

  • Use the service for fraudulent or harmful activity

5. Data & Compliance

You are the data controller for any personal data you upload.

Growth Pilot acts as a data processor.

You are responsible for:

  • Lawful basis for outreach

  • Compliance with GDPR / PECR

  • Managing consent where required

6. Intellectual Property

  • All platform technology, AI models, and software remain the property of Growth Pilot

  • You retain ownership of your data

7. Fees & Payments

  • Subscription fees apply as agreed

  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • We may suspend access for non-payment

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

  • Update or modify features

  • Perform maintenance

  • Improve the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Growth Pilot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Breach these Terms

  • Misuse the platform

  • Fail to pay fees

You may cancel your subscription in line with agreed terms.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it without consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
